The meditation room: The selected place for recovery and meditation.
I recommend a meditation space in the northeast, north, east, or western direction.
Avoid the northwest influenced by the air element, which can create difficulties in
achieving concentration.
Colours: I recommend Soil & moss tones, natural materials.
Pink, indigo, violet, magenta, and gold.
These colours can be added via textiles and crystals.
Meditationsrummet: Den utvalda platsen för återhämtning och meditation.
Jag rekommenderar att meditationsplatsen placeras i nordost, norr, öst eller väst.
Undvik nordväst mycket påverkan av luftelementet, vilket kan skapa svårigheter
att uppnå koncentration.
Färger: Jag rekommenderar jord och moss toner, naturmaterial.
Rosa, indigo, violett, magenta och guld.
Färgerna kan läggas till via textilier och kristaller.
