Using colours affects us physically and mentally and has been practiced for over 5000 years by many ancient cultures. The Indian medicine Ayurveda practiced this knowledge to balance and heal various mental and physical patients. In the Western world, the use of colour for therapeutic purposes has not been as widespread.

During the early 1900s, Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner developed a helpful method in art and therapy using the basis of Goethe's color theory. This method gave further impetus to colour therapy with increased dissemination within established healthcare facilities worldwide.

They practiced a healing method using light and colours still used today. How we react to different colours in our subconscious field is also used to analyze the deep root of an unbalanced state. With this knowledge, we can intuitively and naturally seek the help of colours as a diagnostic tool.

The Power of Colour!

Today, palpable home design is based on superficial values, signaling the right to be trend-conscious. These choices are generally based on external values. These homes are elegant and cooley decorated, but something is often missing. The heart of the home should reflect the people who live there. With my philosophy of colours, I have the inherent power to guide you by easily creating a residence of clarity.

Helpful knowledge that nourishes self-knowing and balances the internal and external environment.

Achieving self-healing takes place through inner knowing small steps that open up to broader awareness. I highly recommend my colour consultation, an excellent and uplifting start into a more conscious lifestyle.

Live well & wisely!
