We take great care to ensure your product/artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for important details:

• Shipping Confirmation:
• Shipping times will be confirmed after your order has been processed and you have received an order confirmation. Some items are shipped directly from the artist, which may impact the estimated delivery time. You will receive updates on shipping details as soon as the item has been dispatched.

• Shipping Timeframes:
• We aim to ship items as quickly as possible. However, please note that during the period from June 20th to August 15th, shipping times may vary due to extended handling times or limited availability during the summer season. Additionally, some pieces, especially those shipped directly from the artist, may require extra time. We will provide an estimated delivery window upon confirmation of your order.

• Force Majeure:
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any impact on your delivery.

• Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are added to the total price of the item and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork. For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Packaging and Handling:
• Each item is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We use high-quality packaging, including specialized boxes and protective wrapping, to safeguard the artwork during transit.

Return Policy 

We strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

• Return Timeframe:
• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period. Please get in touch with us before returning any items to initiate the return process.

• Made-to-Order Items:
• Please note that made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund. These pieces are specially crafted for you and cannot be resold.

• Condition and Packaging:
• Eligible items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused and undamaged. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Failure to do so may result in a reduced refund.

• Return Shipping Costs:
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

• Return Approval and Refund:
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
