The Messenger
Threads of the unseen
Anna Charlotte Rosenberg Bosten is a Swedish textile artist and writer whose work explores the relationship between the visible and the unseen. For more than three decades, she has developed a textile practice shaped by symbolism, colour, and inner perception. Alongside her artistic work, she has spent over twenty years guiding individuals through processes of inner development and creative awakening.
Trained as an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, she brings an integrative perspective to questions of balance, perception, and well-being. Anna Charlotte is the author of The Word of Colours,
a lifestyle book exploring the transformative power of colour and the ways it can influence how we live and perceive our surroundings.
Her new book, The Messenger, continues this exploration, reflecting on intuition, perception, and the subtle ways insight enters our lives. She lives and works between places
ABOUT THE COVER
The two facing profiles on the cover of The Messenger are inspired by Projection, an element from Anna Charlotte Rosenberg Bosten’s Awakening Collection. Reinterpreted for the book, they reflect presence, recognition and the unseen space between two people.
The cover design was developed by Hampus Bosten.

The Word of Colours
Holistic Colour Design
Anna Charlotte Rosenberg Bosten
The Word of Colours © is a visually refined exploration of colour as a living element within space. Developed through seven years of research and practice, the book presents a holistic approach to how colour, material and proportion shape atmosphere, balance and human well-being.
Rooted in principles informed by classical Ayurvedic knowledge and richly illustrated with approximately 140 images, it brings together philosophical understanding and practical application — inviting us to experience colour not simply as decoration, but as a powerful element in the way we live and perceive our surroundings.
